What are you really hungry for? This 8-week healing group provides a safe and sacred space to explore our relationship with food and with our physical, emotional and spiritual bodies.
In each 90-minute session, we’ll use self-reflection, awareness practices, and interactive dialogues to explore the ways we feed and deny our heart’s desires. Through conscious breathing, we’ll bring loving awareness to the places we use food to fill voids, numb emotions, exert control over and disconnect from our bodies. We’ll share nourishing practices to reconnect us with the heart of food and our capacity for self-love.
